The 29-year-old mother of the boy was taken to the Execution Prosecutor this morning after an arrest warrant was issued against her for the murder of her son, while yesterday evening her 33-year-old partner was taken to the Prosecutor's Office.
According to the facts of the case, the mother ,as she allegedly confessed to the police, killed 7-year-old Andreas together with the 33-year-old in 2017, blocking his breathing with duct tape because he was grumbling about a harsh punishment imposed on him. Subsequently, the couple had allegedly built an improvised grave on the roof of the apartment building where they lived in Patisia.
It is estimated that the boy's body was moved to where the couple was staying ,who for a time were allegedly homeless. Police officers , who were investigating the disappearance of the boy, found yesterday the bones of the boy in a toolbox inside the apartment they lived in Kypseli.
