Russia demands that Ukraine immediately stop military action, change its constitution to include neutrality, recognize Crimea as Russian territory, and recognize the independence of the breakaway regions of Donetsk and Luhansk.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Reuters that Russia has told Ukraine that it is ready to immediately stop the "military operation" on its territories if Kiev accepts these conditions.
As the agency comments, this is the clearest statement from the Russian side to date on the conditions the Kremlin wants to impose on Ukraine to end the bloody invasion, now in its 12th day.
