Putin does not seem ready to make peace
Ukraine yesterday, Saturday, accused Russian forces of killing seven civilians in an attack on women and children fleeing fighting near Kiev. France said Russian President Vladimir Putin did not appear ready to make peace.
The Ukrainian intelligence service said the seven, including a child, were killed as they fled the village of Peremoha and that "the invaders forced those left in the convoy to turn back".
