Mina Arnaouti, who was in Pantelis Pantelidis' vehicle along with Froso Kyriakou, was severely injured and stayed in hospital for about eight months

"Because she was accused, she had a psychosomatic episode. Your Honor, she was a bunch of bones with tubes and irons." This was stated today, among other things, in her testimony at the Court of First Instance, where the hearing of the lawsuits filed in the case of the car accident of singer Pantelis Pantelidis began, by the mother of Mina Arnaoutis, recounting to the court what her daughter had said about the circumstances under which the tragic incident that claimed the life of the popular singer took place.

Mina Arnaouti, who was in the vehicle with Froso Kyriakou, was seriously injured in the accident. She stayed in hospital for about eight months and underwent several surgeries.

The testimony of Mina Arnaoutis' mother

Mina Arnaoutis' mother testified today at the trial about what happened shortly before the fatal car accident. "Mina and Froso were not involved in the gambling. It was a big table with large amounts of money and they went next to a small table and sat at the window because they were told that they were bringing bad luck," the witness said, adding that if her daughter had understood that P. Pantelidis had consumed large amounts of alcohol, she would not have entered the vehicle.

"She cannot accept herself as she is. She has panic attacks and phobia. She has been diagnosed by doctors. Mina wants to be near Evangelism. Her home is right next door. For coffee to understand, she goes to the hospital clinic," I still said a witness in court. She also referred to the reactions after the accident, stating the following: "After a month she went down to the ward, we took her a TV and there she had a tragic experience, seeing what was happening. She was distressed. About the death of the child. She had nightmares, she couldn't believe it. Because she was accused, she had a psychosomatic episode. Your Honor, it was a bunch of bones with tubes and irons."

Lawyer : "When they left, was there any indication that the deceased could not drive? Was he stumbling, say?"

Witness : "No. They were barely clowning around and got into the car. She would not have gotten into the car otherwise."

Lawyer: "What did she (her daughter) tell you?"

Witness: "She told me that Pantelidis drove."

Witness: "She told me that Pantelidis drove. At first, she didn't have her seat belt on, then she started running, got scared and put it on. Mina had a phobia of cars so I can't know if she was actually running or if she was scared. She lost her father in a car accident and had a bad incident a friend of hers."

The conversation continues. The brother of the late singer Triantafyllos Pantelidis is also in court.
