Today the weather will be partly cloudy and isolated showers are likely, mainly in the west and south, with light snow or sleet[/B] on the higher peaks of the Troodos. Winds will be southeast to southwest, light to moderate 3 to 4 Beaufort, and occasionally on the foreshore, up to strong 5 Beaufort. The sea will be a little choppy but occasionally on the windward side it will be choppy to choppy. Temperatures will rise to around 16 degrees in the interior, north and east coasts, around 19 degrees on the rest of the coast and 6 degrees in the higher mountains.

On Saturday the weather will be mainly clear but there will be occasional clouds.
The temperature will not change significantly on Thursday. On Friday a slight drop is expected, while on Saturday a slight rise is expected to be close to climatic averages.
The snow depth at Troodos Square, at the time of writing, was 76 cm.
