Ioannis Kasoulides' first official visit to Athens today He will meet with Sakellaropoulou, the Greek Prime Minister and Dendias

Ioannis Kasoulides will pay his first official visit to Athens after assuming his duties as Foreign Minister, today, Wednesday, January 19.

As part of his visit, Mr. Kasoulides will meet with the President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou, the Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and the Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias.00 and will be followed by extended talks, in the presence of official delegations of the two Foreign Ministries, joint statements to the press and a working lunch.

The subject of the discussion between the two sides is expected to be the Cyprus problem, as well as recent international and regional developments, in the context of the regular exchange of views and coordination between Greece and Cyprus.

Joint statements to the press by the two Foreign Ministers will be made at 13:30.

The meeting between the Foreign Minister and the Greek Prime Minister will take place at 17:30, at Megaro Maximou.
