The 33-year-old man built an improvised structure on the roof of the roof, where he placed the body of the 7-year-old boy.

Shock and disgust are the details that come to light about the murder case in Kypseli with the mother and her partner killing their 7-year-old son.

Police officers were confronted with the gruesome sight on Saturday morning as they found the bones of the deceased child inside a toolbox, leading to the arrest of the 29-year-old mother and her 33-year-old Polish ex-partner.

Both the mother and her partner were completely calm, did not cry, did not react, but only confessed to the atrocious crime.

According to the police the crime was committed in early 2017 in Athens.

As revealed by the preliminary investigation, the 33-year-old man who lived with the 29-year-old woman in the attic of a house in Athens, abused the 7-year-old boy, resulting in his death.

Throughout the incident, the 29-year-old woman was also present, who did not take any action to prevent the homicide.

The 33-year-old then built a makeshift structure on the roof of the attic where he placed the body of the 7-year-old.

Leaving the house where the homicide was committed, the 33-year-old placed the body in a toolbox he took with him.

He then rented an apartment in Athens and placed the toolbox in a storage space on a wooden sofa on the balcony of the house.

This morning, in the presence of a judicial officer, a search was carried out in the above apartment and a toolbox containing two bags of human bones was found in the storage space of the sofa on the veranda of the apartment.

A small amount of crystal methamphetamine was found and seized in the 33-year-old's possession and he was arrested.

The case file was forwarded to the Public Prosecutor's Office.
