Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba arrived in Antalya last night for the trilateral meeting to be held today on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum with the participation of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, who is also the host.

Sergei Lavrov was the first to arrive in Antalya with his delegation in a private aircraft and stayed at a five-star hotel in the Belek tourist centre in the Serik district. An hour later Dmytro Kuleba and the Ukrainian delegation arrived and went to a different five-star hotel in the same area of Antalya. The trilateral meeting will take place today at another hotel in Belek at 11.00 Turkish time (10.00 Cyprus time).

Extensive security measures have been taken around the hotel and signal switches for drones have been installed. Significant measures have also been taken in the hotels where the Russian and Ukrainian delegations are staying.

The meeting will be attended by 330 journalists from 34 countries.

Meanwhile, he will have a telephone conversation with US President Joe Biden today at 18.30 Turkish time (17.30 Cyprus time) by the Turkish Prime Minister.

Turkish media report that during the phone call Erdogan and Biden are expected to discuss energy issues and oil price increases, especially with the war with Russia and Ukraine.
