Images "punch in the stomach", are seeing the light of day from Ukraine, following Russia's invasion of the country.

People of all ages are living the ultimate nightmare. In a matter of hours they were forced to leave their homes in order to find safe shelter and escape the Russian attack. Young children and elderly people are in despair, crying in front of the camera, in fear of death.

The videos broadcast on television networks around the world are shocking. A typical example is the one broadcast by Bloomberg showing a child from Ukraine in tears saying: "I don't want to die."

In another video from Mariupol, a woman doesn't know which way to go to save herself. "Where to go? Tell me where to run," she says with fear painted in her eyes.

Where do I go? Tell me please. Where will I run?
