Nicosia CID today handcuffed a 65-year-old man from Greece, who is allegedly involved in a rape case of a young man with mental retardation
According to information, the 25-year-old accompanied by his parents reported a few days ago to the authorities that he was raped by this man.
The suspect was interrogated and is giving some allegations which are being investigated and he is expected to be brought before a court for a detention order.
