Handcuffs to 40-year-old man wanted for burglaries in Ep. Famagusta 4 arrests made A 21-year-old man is still wanted for the same case

Yesterday, the police arrested a 40-year-old[/B] resident of Larnaca to facilitate investigations into investigated cases of burglary and theft, committed in a shop and a goldsmith's shop in Famagusta province.

The first burglary was committed in a shop selling used car parts, between the dates of 18 and 19 October 2021. As reported by the owner of the shop, the offenders allegedly stole 50 car catalytic converters from the premises.

The burglary at the jewelry store was committed in the early morning hours of November 23, 2021, with the offenders allegedly stealing a quantity of jewelry.

The arrest of the 40-year-old is the fourth arrest in a row regarding the two burglary cases. In the previous period, the police, to facilitate investigations into the two cases, had arrested three other persons, aged 33, 36 and 38.

A 21-year-old man is still wanted for the same case.

The investigation of the two cases is being investigated by the Famagusta CID.
