[Cyprus Times] Greeks from the Odessa region transferred to Moldova

The competent Consulate General proceeded with the transfer of 26 Greek citizens and their family members from the wider region of Odessa to Moldova.

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs it is stated. Operation Nostos 2 took place today.

26 people were evacuated. They were accompanied by the Consul General in Odessa, Dimitris Dochtsis.

They arrived in Moldova, where they were received by the Ambassador of Greece to Romania, Sophia Grammata.

It is noted that the Consulate General in Odessa continues to operate. The Consul General returns to his seat."
