The 39-year-old accused of participating in the kidnapping of G. Kyparissis is the companion of the 41-year-old and she had been accused of violating the weapons law.
The couple allegedly owned a food shop in the western suburbs of Athens.
The ELAS had identified the perpetrators of the kidnapping through a series of analyses several weeks ago.
