As a result, all new cases, without exception, will now be filed exclusively electronically, without physical presence,[/B] with the exception of the Administrative Court of International Protection and the Courts of Criminal Jurisdiction, including the Criminal Court, the Military Court and the Supreme Court. For clarifications regarding cases already registered in December and January 2022, please refer to the relevant announcement of the Supreme Court.
The full implementation of the system was preceded by thorough training and a sufficient period of familiarization of users with the system, while at the same time, through productive dialogue and consultations with all partners, proposals necessary to expand and optimize the functions of the system, as well as to ensure the availability of the system, were recorded and implemented.
The full implementation of the system was preceded by thorough training and a sufficient period of familiarization of users with the system, while at the same time, through productive dialogue and consultations with all partners, proposals necessary to expand and optimize the functions of the system and to ensure the availability of the system were recorded and implemented. In order to further facilitate the users of the system, relevant training material has been produced in the form of videos and a detailed user manual. At the same time, users are invited to continue to submit their suggestions for the implementation of interventions to continuously improve the functionality and efficiency of the system.
The Ministry of State, the Supreme Court and the PCA express their full satisfaction with the outcome of the months-long, intensive efforts for the development and full implementation of the iJustice system and assure that they will continue their close and constructive cooperation with all partners involved to achieve the common goal of full transition of the justice sector to the digital era.
