The Russian agency TASS reported that Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Jiao Lijian also demanded an explanation from the U.S. government on the issue of 26 U.S. laboratories in Ukraine in a statement.
"Progress" in talks with Ukraine, Moscow says "no threat to NATO"
Meanwhile, Russia notes "progress" in the ongoing negotiations with Ukraine, Russian diplomatic spokeswoman Maria Zakharova was quoted by the French News Agency (AFP) as saying today.
