On the occasion of what has been made public about possible cooperation in view of the presidential elections, the EPP, the social democratic party issued a statement saying that "the involvement of the EPP in the debate on the presidential elections will be within a framework of equal participation from the beginning, to determine both the candidate and the recording of convergences and divergences in specific areas such as the economy, health, Cyprus, corruption and immigration, so that the collective bodies can make their decisions".
"For the EPP, the goal is not a change of persons but a change of policy", he concludes.
