EIB Vice-President to visit Cyprus for a two-day visit on Thursday On 4 March, the Minister of Finance and Mrs. Pavlova will hold a press conference to review the EIB's activities in Cyprus

The Vice-President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), Liliana Pavlova, responsible for lending operations in Cyprus, will pay an official visit to Cyprus between 3-4 March 2022, according to an announcement by the Ministry of Finance.

It is noted that Ms Pavlova, who will be accompanied by a team of EIB officials, will have meetings with the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Transport, Communications and Works, the Minister of Energy, Trade and Industry and others.

On March 4, 2022, the Minister of Finance, Constantinos Petrides, and Ms Pavlova will hold a press conference to review the EIB's activities in Cyprus for 2021 and the prospects for further cooperation in the context of joint efforts to support the Cypriot economy, it added.

The press conference will take place in the Multipurpose Room of the Ministry of Finance, between 12:00-12:45 and the language of the meeting will be English, the statement concludes.
