The Supreme Court ruled unconstitutional the decision of the Parliament to exclude the Attorney General and the Assistant Attorney General from the procedure of managing the report on naturalizations.

As Attorney General George Savvidis says in a post on social media, the parliament's decision to investigate him and Assistant Attorney General Savvas Angelidis is deemed "unconstitutional, null and void from the outset without any legal effect whatsoever".

As noted, the decision was unanimous.
