[Cyprus Times] Dendias pleased with Commission funding for Euro-Asia Interconnector

Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias expressed Greece's satisfaction with the European Commission's decision to finance the Euro-Asia Interconnector, during his statements after the briefing of the representatives of the parliamentary parties, which he held today.

As Mr. Dendias, the European Commission's decision, which was announced last week, to finance the electrical interconnection between Greece, Cyprus and Israel is a particularly positive development, which was also warmly welcomed by the US.
