Following the today's announcement by the Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry (MTEI) regarding price containment mechanisms in the grain marketing and distribution[/B] sector, the Minister issued a relevant Decree, which was published this afternoon in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus.
Specifically, the Decree amends the Annex to the Law, as follows:
(a) by adding the letter and sign "/or" immediately after "and" and before the word "retail" (2nd line),
(b) by adding to the Table, immediately after number 5, the following products:
Barley
Corn
3. This Decree shall enter into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette of the [BR]
