"It seems that the couple has a comfort" says the former Patras Security Director and General of the Hellenic Police. Christos Rougalas, retired - What does the death of the landlady have to do with it?

For the mysterious case with the deaths of the three girls in Patras, the former Patras Security Director and General of the EL.AΣ. retired, Christos Rougalas, stressing that he sticks to his views.

"I have no other evidence apart from what I have said, that it seems strange to me that the deaths took place on holidays, weekends. They have also fallen into contradictions I think. It seems that they have a comfort, that they go on trips and such... Replying two days after the death of one of the children to her online friends, giving recipes for food, going for a casual drink...," she says, speaking to ANT1.

In fact, asked what the landlady's death has to do with the couple from Patras, Christos Rougalas explains: "They said that the woman, after her husband died, came and stayed in Patras. She rented the house to the couple because there are some distant relatives in Agrinio. I said "who took care of the funeral and burial expenses. Who paid? Since there is no one else here in Patras". No one has answered this question."

Asked why it matters who paid for the funeral of the landlady, he says: "To burn a body, you need some money. She was an atheist. She was a very nice lady, kind, but because she was an atheist, she was burned. I don't remember how this woman died who also had some mobility problems. Now if she had made a power of attorney for one of the couple to take her pension as well or if she had made them power of attorney for her funeral. That would logically have to be there. They continue to live in this house. Is there rent? Did the state take the house? If she has no relatives, she didn't leave a will, shouldn't the house go to the state? Who owns this house?"
