The developments in the issue of the death of the three children in Patras are staggering while in the coming days more revelations are expected to see the light of day.

The week ahead looks set to be decisive as the investigations into the circumstances of the deaths seem to be entering the final stretch. The investigations will include the conclusion of the toxicology test of Georgina, the third child of the family from Patras.

Within the week, the informal committee of forensic experts set up for the deaths of the three children will have its final conclusion ready.

At the same time, an incident that was revealed by Proto Thema about a month ago is surfacing again with the relatives of the children's family even trying to deny it.

"She went to the hospital after having an accident. She had swallowed almost a bag of butts and had to stay in intensive care for about a month," journalist Aria Kalyva recalled today on the show "Smile and Again".

Shortly afterwards, Sissy Christidou pointed out on air that a very close family member contacted the show denying the incident. As the journalist explained, the incident is recorded in Georgina's medical file, noting that "in 2014 she was taken to the Patras Hospital because she had suffered poisoning after ingesting cigarettes."
