A humanitarian aid collection campaign is also being launched. The whole effort to collect dry food and send it to Ukraine is done in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in constant communication with the Government of Ukraine. This initiative is supported by Local Authorities and NGOs.
At the same time, the Government is making efforts to respond to a request from the Embassy of Ukraine in Cyprus to send specialized medical equipment.
The items are collected based on the actual needs on the ground. Collection of dry food: canned food (all kinds), cereals, nuts, biscuits/crackers, all-purpose flour, milk powder for children/children's food (not in liquid form).
The dry food collection process will start tomorrow Friday, 25 February 2022.
