Wearing a black jumpsuit and white mask, he unleashes threats against the British monarch with Star Wars references He says he wants revenge for the "Massacre of Amritsar" and is believed to be the same young man arrested at Windsor Castle
A chilling video showing a man armed with a crossbow threatening to murder the UK's Queen Elizabeth "taking revenge for the 1919 Amritsar massacre" is published by the Sun, hours after a young man was arrested as he tried to storm Windsor Castle and taken to a psychiatric hospital.
The video published by the British newspaper is believed (though this cannot yet be confirmed) to depict the 19-year-old arrested suspect brandishing a black crossbow and issuing threats at the camera, using a voice distortion filter.

Jaswant Singh Chail uploaded the pre-recorded video to Snapchat at 8.06am (local time) on Christmas Day, about 24 minutes before a man was arrested by police inside the grounds of Windsor Castle, having gone over the fence.
Chail, who his friends call Jas, wears in the video a distinctive blouse with a hoodie and white mask, in a look believed to be inspired by Star Wars.
"I'm sorry. I'm sorry for what I did and what I'm about to do. I will attempt to assassinate Queen Elizabeth of the Royal Family. It is an act of revenge for those who died in the 1919 Jalianwala Bagh massacre. I am also taking revenge for those who died, were humiliated or discriminated against because of their race. I am an Indian Sikh, a Sikh. My name is Jaswant Singh Chail, my name is Darth Jones," the masked man says in the video. The word "Sith" according to the Daily Mail may be a reference to the sinister, secretive sect from the Star Wars universe that uses the dark side of the Force. But the name "Darth Jones" may also refer to the famous film franchise, and more specifically to actor James Earl Jones, who provided the voice of Darth Vader. The background of the video also features a framed image of another Star Wars character, Darth Malgus.
The "Amritsar Massacre" is a tragic historical event that marked the history of India: On April 13, 1919, British forces in Jalyanwala Bagh opened fire during a civilian protest, killing 379 protesters and injuring 1,200 others.
Along with the video, a message was also sent on Snapchat that stated: "I'm sorry to everyone I wronged or lied to. If you have received this then my death is near. Please share the message with anyone you like and the news channels if they are interested."
The suspect arrested yesterday shortly after police have not yet been officially named, but many UK media outlets believe it is the same person as the masked man in the video. The 19-year-old was arrested on Christmas morning shortly after he was spotted wandering in the gardens of Windsor Castle having gone over the outer fence. After his arrest he was taken to a psychiatric hospital where he continues to be held for examination.
