Meetings with the Ambassadors of France and Italy in Cyprus, Salina Grenay-Catalano and Federica Ferrari Bravo, were met today by UN Secretary General's Special Representative to Cyprus and Head of the UN peacekeeping force on the island (UNFICYP), Colin Stewart.
UN posts in Cyprus on Twitter state that Mr. Stewart received Ms. Grenay-Catalano to brief her on the UN mission in Cyprus and the latest developments on the Cyprus problem.
It is also noted that the UN official received Ms. Ferrari Bravo to brief her on the UN's efforts to promote peace on the island.
