The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced last night that they recommend[/b] that the quarantine period of Americans infected with Covid19 be reduced[/b] to five days, instead of the current 10 days, as long as they are asymptomatic.

According to the CDC, those who have also had the booster dose of the vaccine do not need to be quarantined if exposed to the new coronavirus, but should wear a mask for 10 days after exposure.
