US President Joe Biden invites EU and NATO leaders to an emergency teleconference.EU, NATO and Canada, according to a CNN report citing a statement from the president's office in France.

According to the Elysee Palace, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, European Council President Charles Michel, and Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi will participate in the teleconference, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Polish President Andrei Duda, Romanian President Klaus Johannes, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and French President Emmanuel Macron.
