The new laboratory-confirmed cases of the disease recorded in the last 24 hours are 29,334, of which 87 were detected after checks at the country's entry gates. The total number of cases is 1,451,354 (daily change +2.1%), of which 50.0% are men.
Based on the confirmed cases in the last 7 days, 447 are considered to be associated with travel from abroad and 1,610 are associated with an already known case.

The new deaths of patients with COVID-19 are 78, with a total of 21,263 deaths recorded since the start of the outbreak. 95.1% had underlying disease and/or age 70 years or older.
The number of hospitalizedintubated patients is 632 (58.1% male). Their median age is 64 years. 79.6% have an underlying disease and/or are 70 years of age or older. Among intubated patients, 538 (85.13%) are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and 94 (14.87%) are fully vaccinated. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 3,808 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
Covid-19 new patient admissions to hospitals in the territory are 612 (daily change +3.2%). The average seven-day admission is 511 patients.
The median age of cases is 36 years (range 0.2 to 106 years), while the median age of deaths is 78 years (range 0.2 to 106 years).
