Based on the confirmed cases in the last 7 days, 412 are considered to be related to travel from abroad and 2.472 are associated with an already known case.
New deaths of patients with COVID-19 are 106, while a total of 23,833 deaths have been recorded since the start of the epidemic. 95.1% had underlying disease and/or age 70 years or older.
The number of hospitalized intubated patients is 568 (61.3% male). Their median age is 66 years. 83.3% have an underlying disease and/or are 70 years of age or older. Among the hospitalized intubated patients, 444 (78.17%) are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated and 124 (21.83%) are fully vaccinated. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 4,071 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
New admissions of Covid-19 patients to hospitals in the territory are 547 (daily change +4.99%). The seven-day average admission is 473 patients.The median age of cases is 35 years (range 0.2 to 106 years), while the median age of deaths is 78 years (range 0.2 to 106 years).
