New shocking facts about the quadruple murder in Andravida come to light.
According to reliable police sources, cited by the Greek in.gr, the 60-year-old killer put a pillow on the face of the 37-year-old mother, stuck the gun to her head and shot her once.[/B]
As reported by Law and Order, citing experienced officers, the gunman used the pillow as a silencer to keep the noise from being heard, while he shot her husband twice in the head to be sure of the outcome.
The investigation conducted by police officers of the Homicide Department of the Attica Homicide Division of the Attica Security Department revealed that the confessed perpetrator shot the couple in bed while they were sleeping.
"I don't want to remember"
Instead, the 60-year-old man claimed that the 32-year-old man attacked and killed first himself and then his wife.
"We had argued on the phone, and I went home to settle the differences. I asked him to leave the house, but he refused and attacked me. Then I reacted and took the gun out of the purse and killed them."
On how he murdered the two minor children, he did not want to explain himself but was content to say "I don't want to remember. There is no forgiveness for that."
How they got on his trail
In addition to the murder weapon, police officers located the jacket the defendant was wearing on the afternoon of the quadruple homicide. According to the same source, a security camera had recorded him for 1.5 minutes when he went to the family's house from Albania.
From the body type, the policemen of the Pyrgos Security, understood that the suspect is the 60-year-old and looked for him from the first moment in his house, but he was missing.
Using information they got on his trail, and when he made the mistake and returned from Patras to Andravida, they blocked him with police vehicles and he was forced to return to the Achaean capital.
For six kilometers police patrol cars followed him on the highway, and when they got close to the stadium a squad of OPKE sent a blockade. When the perpetrator saw the armed police officers, he feared for his life and pulled his hands out of the window of the van and surrendered.
