[Cyprus Times] Abandoned cars immobilised for more than 3 weeks, says Larnaca D.

The Municipality of Larnaca will consider abandoned cars or other objects that are immobilized in a place for more than three weeks.

In a statement, the Municipality of Larnaca says that "within the framework of the competences defined by Article 92A of the Municipalities Law, all vehicles/objects that are immobilized for more than three weeks in a certain place will be considered abandoned".

It is added that "in the event that the vehicle/object in question is not moved within four weeks from the date of notification/notification by the Municipality, then the Municipality of Larnaca has the power to implement the mentioned legislation".

Larnaca Municipality "invites the public to comply with this suggestion to avoid unpleasant situations."
