Kim Kardashian is now leaving no window open for a possible reunion with her ex-husband, Kanye West.
After recently filing documents to finalize her divorce with the rapper, the famous businesswoman is now, making it clear that she wants to make a fresh start in her life.
According to a Page Six report, in the documents Kim Kardashian notes that no amount of effort through counseling will close the gap between them.
"There were and continue to be irreconcilable differences between West and I, which caused the irreparable breakdown of our marriage," Kim Kardashian said."
Below she added: "No attempt at counseling or reconciliation will be of any value at this time. We both deserve the opportunity to rebuild our lives. Therefore, I request that my request for separation and termination of our marital status be granted."
According to Kim Kardashian's legal counsel, she has no desire to fight for this marriage anymore, as she feels that their differences are now, irreconcilable.
In fact, he says that the famous businesswoman was certain from the beginning that their marriage was over and thought it was a done deal. "There is no reason for them to continue to maintain the title of married. It doesn't benefit them in any way," the legal counsel says.
Finally, according to documents handed over to the Supreme Court, Kim Kardashian's legal team has tried several times to contact Kanye West's legal team so that they could jointly proceed with finalizing the divorce, but it has been impossible.
"Kim wants to get out of this situation as quickly as possible, but Kanye is not being very helpful and is trying to buy time to see if he can change her mind.
