The investigation of the Kifissia Security Department into the "life and state" of the 28-year-old domestic helper from Nepal, who was arrested on charges of child pornography following a complaint by her employer, is in full swing.
According to reports, authorities are considering the possibility that she sold to members of a child pornography ring the nude photos of the two underage children of the family from Kifissia where she worked.
The 28-year-old woman started working as a domestic helper in the luxury residence of businessman D.A.'s family on February 1, 2022.
At noon on Saturday (5/3), D.A. realized that he had lost a watch worth around 25,000 euros, and that his wife's wallet, which contained money, credit cards and her identity card, had disappeared. He estimated that it was a theft perpetrated by the new housekeeper and in an investigation he made, he found that the 28-year-old woman had taken pictures of his two minor children (2 and 3 years old) with her mobile phone.
The businessman alerted the police by phone and the police officers who went to the scene, brought her to the Kifissia Security Department. The D.A. handed over a portable digital data storage device (i.e. memory card), on which the naked photos of the underage children were found, among other things. The memory card came - according to well-informed sources - from the mobile phone of the 28-year-old woman from Nepal, which was seized and is being examined in the forensic laboratories of the National Police./p]
She claimed that she took the photos for... fun, however, the situation became even more complex when the security officers discovered that she had distributed the material through an online application. The police are almost convinced that the recipients were people involved in pedophilia and trafficking of child pornography, while they and any other "strange" contacts of the housekeeper are being sought. As for the 25,000 euro watch, it has not yet been found.
