2,351 new cases were detected in Cyprus in the last 24 hours, while one patient death was announced.
According to the Ministry of Health, 95,740 tests were carried out to detect the disease by the molecular method (PCR) and the antigen rapid test.
The positivity rate was 2.46%.
The picture in hospitals
In total, 270 patients[/B] with COVID-19 disease are hospitalized in the hospitals of the OHCHR, of which 88 are in serious condition or under NSAIDs.
Of the 88 patients in serious condition, 28 are intubated, 4 are in an Intensive Care Unit off a ventilator and 56 are in an Intensive Care Unit.
