A total of 247 new cases of Covid-19 were identified in the occupied territories through 17050 tests, conducted in the last 24 hours.
One case originated from abroad, 23 are contacts of confirmed cases and 223 are infections in the community.
Of these, 80 were detected in occupied Nicosia, 61 in Kyrenia, 49 in Famagusta, 11 in Trikomo, 11 in Morphou and 11 in Lefka.
The total number of coronavirus cases in the occupied territories now stands at 35011.
