A case of transporting an assembled bait in a vehicle is being investigated by the Paphos Police for which a fine of 500 euros was issued against a 19-year-old.
According to Pafos Assistant Police Director Michalis Ioannou, yesterday at 10:15am members of the Pafos Thera Fund stopped a vehicle driven by a 19-year-old on the main Ebas - Tala road for inspection.
A check carried out by members of the Thera Fund revealed that he was carrying in his vehicle a assembled spear as well as two full cartridges which were taken as evidence.
Subsequently, the 19-year-old was issued an out-of-court fine in the amount of 500 euros.
The Paphos Police Directorate is investigating the case.
