The municipality of Paphos has installed closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance to mitigate future instances of damage at the Park of Colours, it announced on Tuesday.
The decision follows numerous complaints lodged by concerned citizens regarding a series of malicious acts targeting the park.
In response to the municipality’s concerns, the commissioner for personal data protection reviewed the situation and granted approval for the installation of cameras.
