Young people are invited to participate in the 3rd Pancyprian Competition for World Cancer Day by singing, creating art and exhibiting their creative expression and talent through the sensitive topic of cancer.
The competition, entitled "Cancer through my eyes!", is addressed to students of secondary schools, high schools and technical schools with the aim of submitting creative ideas about the disease of cancer.
This action, according to a press release, is part of the campaign to raise public awareness, especially among young people, about World Cancer Day, which is celebrated every year on 4 February, and World Childhood Cancer Day, which is celebrated on 15 February.
