A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old were arrested by the police in Limassol in connection with a case of motorcycle theft and illegal possession of property.
The two minors were found shortly before 3.00 this morning, in an abandoned building in Limassol, working on a motorcycle.
They tried to escape control, but were stopped by members of the police, who found that the motorcycle had earlier been stolen from the place where it was parked, according to a complaint by its owner.
For the purposes of police investigations, the two young men were arrested for a self-incriminating offence, while they made allegations, which are being investigated.
The examinations are being continued by the Limassol CID.
