The Cyprus Olympic Committee is preparing to represent Cyprus at the Winter Olympic Games "Beijing 2022" to be held from 4-20 February in the Chinese capital, in Alpine Skiing with one athlete and perhaps with one athlete, depending on the international ranking, the results of which will be announced on 17 January.
As mentioned in a press release, COE President George Chrysostomou said that until the last minute the Ice Skating was also in contention for qualification, which was eventually lost by just two places.
It is added that the Cyprus Olympic Committee will be represented at the highest level with Vice President Giotis Ioannidis leading the delegation.
