Russia's Kamila Valieva dominated on Tuesday night, February 15, in Beijing, taking first place in the free skating final with 82.16 points, well below the world record of 90.45 set at last month's European Championships.

Just a day earlier, Valieva was cleared to continue competing at the 2022 Winter Olympics despite testing positive for a banned substance before the Games.

In the men's slopestyle (free skiing), American Alex Hall won the gold medal as he scored 90.
