PDOED declares its readiness to participate in a fruitful, institutional and substantive dialogue, it says in a statement, responding to the Ministry of Education's public appeal to the Educational Organizations for cooperation in the management of replacement needs.
The Organization has presented its positions for permanent and substantial solutions for replacements and mitigation of the problem of understaffing of school units, it said in a statement. These include the creation of a pool of substitutes, securing the labour rights of substitutes, ensuring their employment after 2027, and sending substitutes full-time.
