Two people, 47 and 30 years old, were arrested and detained on Friday in Larnaca for a drug case.
According to a statement from the police communications branch, the arrest of the two was incidental after the vehicle they were in was stopped for checking by members of the police following a chase on Larnaca streets.
The 47-year-old and 30-year-old were arrested and taken into custody to facilitate interrogations in connection with an investigated case of illegal supply and possession of narcotics and illegal possession of narcotics for the purpose of supply to another person.
