[CNA] Two deaths and 1,387 new cases of COVID-19 disease announced on Sunday

Two deaths and 1,387 new cases of COVID-19 were announced on Sunday by the Ministry of Health. The positivity rate dropped further to 1.49%, with 148 COVID-19 patients hospitalized in public hospitals.

The deaths involve a 91-year-old man who died on February 27 and a 74-year-old woman who also died today.
The total number of deaths with a terminal cause of COVID-19 is 854.

Of the 148 COVID-19 patients hospitalized in OCHS hospitals, 36 are in serious condition. Of these, one is in the Intensive Care Unit off the ventilator, 13 are intubated and 22 are in Intensive Care Units. The percentage of inpatients without a history of vaccination is 61.49%. Also 24 patients who have ceased to be infectious are still hospitalized intubated due to COVID
