The Deputy Ministry of Tourism presented on Friday 12 Grant Schemes that aim to make Cyprus among the 30 most advanced tourism countries in the world by helping local authorities, organisations and businesses to improve their services and attract more visitors.
With these 12 projects, according to the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Savvas Perdio, "the water is now well and truly under way for a Cyprus that is better in terms of tourism than the one we have known in recent years, a Cyprus that we hope will be ranked among the 30 most advanced tourist countries in the world within a decade."
