The Greek champion, ranked #4 in the world, easily defeated Marcus Giron 2-0 in 77 sets (6-3, 6-4).
Now, Tsitsipas will face British (No. 12) Cameron Nori in the semifinals, who beat Gojovic 2-0 in straight sets.
