The Larnaca District Court today issued a seven-day detention order against a 38-year-old man, a resident of Limassol, and renewed for another seven days the orders of two people aged 30 and 41, for facilitating police interrogations in connection with an investigated case of importation of 27.5 kg of cannabis, seized by members of the Anti-Narcotics Service - YKAN, in July 2021.
A written statement from the Police Headquarters Communication Office stated that "the 30-year-old was arrested on February 17 and the 41-year-old on February 25. The two men were detained under court orders, which expired today and the Larnaca District Court renewed them for another seven days."
