Three people died from COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths from COVID-19 to 833, while 2.167 new cases of COVID-19 disease were detected by molecular tests (PCR) and antigen rapid tests (antigen rapid test), bringing the total number of cases to 313,406, the Ministry of Health announced Wednesday.
In a statement, the ministry said the positive rate was 2.24%.
All three deaths were recorded yesterday, February 22, 2022, and all involve men aged 74, 77 and 81.
In total, 161 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized in OCHS hospitals, of which 36 are in serious condition.
In particular, 13 people are intubated in the Intensive Care Unit, while 23 are hospitalized in an Intensive Care Unit
