[CNA] Three deaths on Friday, 2,028 new COVID cases and 202 patients hospitalized

Three people died from COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths from COVID-19 to 974, while 2.028 new cases of COVID-19 disease were detected by molecular tests (PCR) and antigen rapid tests (antigen rapid test), bringing the total number of cases to 454,200, the Ministry of Health announced on Friday.

In its statement, the ministry said the positive rate was 2.51%.

The three deaths involve a man, aged 85, who died on April 8, a woman, aged 87, who died on April 8, and a woman, aged 80, who died on April 8.

A total of 202 COVID-19 patients are being treated in the hospitals of the OCHA, 24 in serious condition. There are 3 off ventilator and 4 intubated in ICU, while 17 patients are hospitalized
