The Police proceeded with complaints against 24 citizens and 6 establishments in the last 24 hours, after 2,289 checks carried out nationwide, in order to ascertain compliance and implementation of the provisions of the Infectious Diseases Act, issuing an extrajudicial fine of €8.000 to the owner of a supermarket in Famagusta province after the necessary markings at the entrance for customer and employee capacity were not in place.
